ROGUE BLANKS GUARANTEE

Effective: November 2025

At Rogue Blanks, we stand behind the quality of the blank apparel we supply. All products come directly from trusted manufacturers and are inspected before shipping.

Because blank garments are purchased for resale, printing, or other end-use applications outside our control, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for customer-selected issues such as size, fit, color preference, or general dissatisfaction.

We guarantee satisfaction in the following situations only:

  • The item received is materially different from what was ordered
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect (damage, major flaw, incorrect construction)
  • The wrong item, color, or size was shipped due to an error on our end

If you believe your order has an issue, you must notify Rogue Blanks within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.


HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If approved, we will replace the affected item(s) at no additional cost.
All replacements will match the original order as closely as possible.
No refunds will be issued.


WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered
  • Color, style, or fabric preferences
  • Minor variations between dye lots or manufacturing batches
  • Issues arising from washing, drying, printing, or post-purchase handling
  • General dissatisfaction unrelated to a verified defect

We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the criteria listed above.
